Delivering a new plan for Yahoo! in Europe

How could Yahoo! increase its relevance to emerging consumers and prove to be an attractive target for advertisers in a market heavily dominated by one player?
Agency Insight conducted and then calibrated a new segmentation analysis for the company and from this created a new marketing plan. We also reduced the business objectives to ‘simple maths’ which enabled everyone in Yahoo! to be stimulated to take up the new direction. 

Delivering ‘Breakthrough Creativity’ to achieve cut-through to consumers

For Diageo, we interviewed all their marketers and agencies and have developed ‘Breakthrough Creativity,’ a reference point for their marketers that helps them understand how to work with the best agencies in the world and get better creative work to achieve cut-through to consumers.

Outputs from this work include a special book we have written (see below) that has been given to all Diageo marketers and this was the foundation for a series of lectures given to the company by agency alumni and industry gurus.
